Payments to our Agency - You buy credits, which are added to your account on our web-site. These credits are added to your account. Each time you use our services we deduct your account, Not your credit card, i.e. for each letter sent or received, photo forwarded services etc, Your account will be debited for respective number of credits (for exact charges of our services go to the our services page for more information) ( cost of services are subject to changes at anytime).

Refunds - If you are not satisfied with any of the services you have paid for, or think the services were not delivered as described, you can ask to return credits back to your account. You should contact our manager and tell us the reason or reasons of your dissatisfaction. If your claims are legitimate your account at will be credited with those credits. If you cancel your membership or registration, you can ask for a refund of remained funds to your credit card account if your last payment was not longer that 30 days ago.

Return of unused funds to your credit card account - Our agency does not process the credit cards our self, and we use a third party service for all payments. Secure transactions are done through Multicards and Pay Pal; both are reliable providers of online credit card payment facilities for thousands of Internet businesses of different trades. Your contact details and credit card details that are necessary for billing purposes are provided by you at a separate and secure website via a secure server.

All refunds will be issued back in the same way the payment was made. If you used a credit card and paid through Multicards the credit will be issued back to your credit card; it takes 3 to 10 business days for the money to reach your credit card account after the refund request is processed. If you paid through Pay Pal, we will issue refund through Pay Pal and the funds will be credited to your Pay Pal account.
